Sharing my record or getting access to a family member's Erie MyChart record

You might need access to a child or parent's health record. This is called proxy access. You would use this to help manage the health of your child from 0-11 years old, or of an adult when you are in charge of managing their health.

At Erie, 12 - 17 year olds have their own Erie MyChart accounts. We encourage adolescents to have increased ownership of their health information as a part of preparing for the transition of fully managing their own care in adulthood. Click here to learn more about adolescent care at Erie.

Watch the videos below to learn how sharing your record works. Check back at a later date to find updated information about what the steps look like in Erie MyChart.
