What was your journey before joining Erie?
I had a dream to become a doctor and took the route towards that dream.
What brought you to Erie?
I saw a beautiful feature on Erie and chose to work here.
What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare?
I’ve always been someone who has been considerate and wanted to help others before I helped myself.
Can you walk us through a typical day as a Residency Program Manager?
It is a lot of following up with people, closing the loop, checking in on wellness of the residents and my co-workers and just making sure you are looking out for everyone including yourself.
What is the coolest part of your job?
The recognition. Recognition is a new feeling for me.
How has your experience at Erie changed your outlook on your career and life as a whole?
I see my position as something that I can grow and expand from, and I am happy to see where that takes me.
Can you tell me about a time someone on your team or a patient inspired you?
There was this one time my co-worker Nikki had a rough week; this is one of her first full-time jobs and seeing her handle the pressure especially when this is something she was not used to showed me she had great strength and endurance, and I was very proud of her.
What is the best lesson you’ve learned so far in your career?
Don’t beat yourself up.

Remember to breathe.
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I am extremely shy!
What are you most excited about this holiday season?
Spending time with my family.

My family and their health, my wellbeing, my job, my coworkers mental health, my partners mental health, and happiness.
