Erie Westside Health Center at Laura S. Ward Elementary School serves students at the school and people of all ages in the community.
We provide a wide variety of services for adults and children, including primary care, women’s healthcare, prenatal care, pediatric care and behavioral healthcare. You can come to Erie for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to cholesterol checks and diabetes management. We provide primary care and health education to promote health, prevent disease and foster healthier lifestyles in the Southwest Humboldt Park community.
